For over 25 years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, relationships, leaders, and organisations through times of challenge, change, and growth.
I believe that meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to slow down, become curious, and be truly seen in our experiences. Life can bring periods of overwhelm, uncertainty, and disconnection, and at times we can find ourselves carrying more than we were ever meant to hold alone.
My work is grounded in the understanding that every person holds an innate capacity for growth and healing. I aim to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and free from judgement, where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and move towards greater understanding, connection, and wellbeing.My Approach
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. Drawing from psychotherapy, counselling, executive coaching, and mind-body approaches, I tailor my work to the unique needs of each person, relationship, or organisation I work alongside.
I do not believe there is one right way to heal, grow, or create change. Together, we can explore patterns, relationships, emotions, and life experiences with curiosity and compassion, creating space for meaningful and lasting transformation.Qualifications
